Rod has more news on his framework laptop, Chris updates us on his HomeKit and Eeero routers. Apple updates iOS 18 beaters and apparently iPhones in the EU are fun now.

In the news, there's rumours Apple is going to invest in openAI, and the big iPhone event is scheduled for next Monday. For the first time in a long time macOS may launch `t the same time as iOS. Is also still shuffling around it's executives this time the CFO stepping down in January.
